We don't just say we're a female-friendly academy, we walk the walk:

Our Affiliation...

We are an affiliate of Princeton BJJ, which is co-founded by Emily Kwok, a 3rd degree black belt, multi-time world champion, and a respected voice in the women’s Jiu Jitsu community.

Our Class Schedule...

On occasion, we offer  informal women’s classes and self defense workshops taught by a female instructor – with the goal of providing a relaxed, non-intimidating setting to learn the basics of the sport.

Our Manager...

Our academy is managed by a female purple belt, Laurie Berenson, who, from personal experience, believes strongly in maintaining a female- and family-friendly school.
