We don't just say we're a female-friendly academy, we walk the walk:

Our Classes...

We offer women two ways to train! Attend our co-ed sport Jiu Jitsu classes or  one of our more relaxed, non-intimidating women’s self defense classes — or try both!

Our Curriculum...

Our evening Jiu Jitsu classes teach the sport of Jiu Jitsu while our self defense classes focus on Jiu Jitsu-based defense techniques to help keep you safe.

Our Environment...

Our academy is managed by a female brown belt, Laurie Berenson, who, from personal experience, believes strongly in maintaining a female- and family-friendly environment.
