This sweep is commonly referred to as the “100% sweep,” though some might argue the percentage isn’t quite that high depending on the relative size of the opponents’ bodies and arms, but regardless, it’s a solid sweep to have in your repertoire. It works off of the same initial set up as the chest on chest sweep. One of the keys to hitting the sweep is to remember to fall sideways while posting your alternate-side foot on the mat and dropping your same-side leg to the mat to kick out your opponent’s leg so he falls to that side — a similar motion to the hip bump sweep.
